Twenty Lap Time: yeah, not there yet. probably a half hour or something.
Favorite Move: I kind of do a window washing move to keep from falling down
Skating Since: Skated some when I was little, but I sucked. Bought shiny new skates last year. Still suck.

Debut: Can't remember. I think it was CRG vs. Cincinnati.
Teams Played For: Tallywackers!
Favorite Opponent: I really enjoyed the KC folks. Fierce competitors and they took their spankin so graciously.
Favorite Location: Skate Ranch and the dirty floor at Wheels in Durham.
Favorite Surface: Flat ones without invisible things I trip over
Why I Became Involved: My bf is head of stats. I suppose it was inevitable. I've come to every home game since my first one in May of 2006 (save one when I was at a conference...was bummed). I got hooked immediately. I don't understand people who see derby and are like "meh". They're missing a crucial gene or something. Kill the muties!
Why I Skate: It's good exercise. I like the feeling of going fast when my balance is in a good place. And it looks soooo cool when the girrrls do it. I wanna be like them when I grow up.
Embarrasing Moment: Singing kareoke at Krewe and DFG's
Favorite Derby Memory: The last few jams of the bout vs. Kansas City
Likes: nerds, down-to-earth people, people with healthy boundaries
Dislikes: Hypocrites, people who try to make me do my day job when I am off the clock
Bad Habit: Procrastinating...I'm doing it right now...hee hee...
Derby Heroes: Every time I see someone go down hard and get right back up when I know I would pack up my toys and go home, I am in awe. But from back in the day, I think I was initially most in awe of Teflon Donna, Roxy Rockett, and Violet Femme.
