I like to jam but gosh darn it, it's fun to be a blocker and hit people!

Skate: 6 Riedell's...for now...i'd like to get some that cover my laces for outdoor skating and ramps, wanna buy me some?
Wheel: Radar Speed Ray's or Flat Outs 93A Red, soft and sticky

Gear I Can't Live Without: The foot gels... and of course the helmet, even though I sometimes space and put it on backwards

Twenty Lap Time: 4:59 was my best ever...
Favorite Move: passing everyone and squeezing through a couple of blockers

Practices A Week: as much scrimmage as possible 3+

Why I Became Involved: i get to dress up, hit people and be on a team with awesome women and skate.
Why I Skate: why not? i mean really! is there anything else? i think there use to be, but i don't remember anymore...and man, the fans are awesome...so so awesome
Embarrasing Moment: Would probably have to be my very first jam as the jammer. I made it through the pack and totally spun out in turn 4 sliding out of bounds, with the help of...well, noone.
Favorite Fresh Meat Moment: I wrote a poem shortly after trying out and had a verse about tryouts...how I tried out, and fell, but I laughed, and I made the team anyway!
Favorite Derby Memory: I think the thrill of that first jam...still hasn't warn off...everyday, I love it that much more. Finding out I was on the All Star team, playing my first interleague game, getting my first tattoo with the ladies from nationals...if i don't stop typing now, this will get sappy.
